Francis P. Cuisinier
Pat began his career as a former Assistant Corporation Counsel, General Counsel Division for the City of Chicago. He continued his private practice specializing product liability litigation while serving as a Trial Specialist for Hartford Insurance Company where he began his success with civil jury trials which to date, includes jury trials in areas of product liability, civil rights defense, premises liability, toxic torts, FELA, auto and trucking defense, construction, and complex litigation matters including multi-party construction litigation. In addition to serving as lead counsel in numerous trials involving death and serious injury in State and Federal Court, both in Illinois and in other states, Pat has argued before the Illinois Supreme Court and District Appellate Courts throughout the State. His practice also includes insurance coverage.

Pat received his undergraduate degree in political science from the University of Wisconsin. He later completed post-graduate courses in Federal Taxation and Accounting at DePaul University and Business Management and Computer Science at the University of Illinois Graduate School of Business. Pat received his J.D. from Loyola University Chicago School of Law. He is admitted to practice in Illinois, the U.S. District Court for the Central District of Illinois, the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois and the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan. Pat has an AV rating with Martindale-Hubble. He served as the Chairman of the Chicago Bar Association Trial Technique Committee and Vice-Chair of the Chicago Bar Association Judicial Evaluation Committee. Pat is a member of the Illinois Association of Defense Trial Counsel, where he has also served as a lecturer. Pat currently serves as Trustee of the Village of Glenview, Board of Trustees and has been appointed Trustee of the Glenview Fire Protection District. Pat is also currently a member of the Council on Litigation Management (CLM), a non-partisan alliance of attorneys and insurance representatives dedicated to promoting ethical standards within the insurance industry.
