Paul A. Farahvar
Paul began his legal career in litigation, handling personal injury matters and later included civil defense litigation matters including the areas of premises liability, products liability, intellectual property, civil rights defense, professional and psychiatric malpractice and negligence defense, FELA, auto and trucking defense, construction and complex litigation matters and Constitutional Law. His litigation practice has grown to include non-litigation matters including Entertainment law, contract review, and Corporate Structure Development. Paul has successfully handled jury and non-jury trials in Illinois State Courts and in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois as first and second chair in areas including civil rights defense, FELA, auto and trucking liability, professional liability, contractual disputes, and premises liability. Paul has also argued before District Appellate Courts throughout the State.

Paul received his undergraduate degree at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, majoring in Speech Communication and Political Science. He received his law degree from the University of Illinois College of Law. He is admitted to practice in Illinois and the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois and is a member of the Federal Trial Bar. He is a member of the Illinois State Bar Association and the Chicago Bar Association. As a musician, Paul also provides legal and consulting support as part of his Entertainment Law practice.
